You Are:

We are looking for someone who should have understanding of hardware including desktop handheld computers, Mother Boards and peripherals.

The Opportunity :

• Adherence to lab process and standards (lab standards)
• Adherence to schedule and timelines
• Adhere to SLAs where applicable
• Reduction of reoccurrence of handling error based on SLA
• Completion of all mandatory training requirements
• Support information governance activities and audit preparations.

What you need :

Skills and Experience:

• Basic understanding of hardware including desktop handheld computers Mother Boards and peripherals
• Ability to perform tasks in the customer or target lab environments
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Ability to interact with different teams and customers with good written and verbal communication skills
