Duties & Responsibilities:

• Do shifts as part of the normal rotation
• Help manage other shift leaders for operational excellence including helping with scheduling and being the backup
• Opportunity to work remotely to help grow the business (sales & marketing work)
• Provide outstanding hospitality and service to all guests
• Maintain solid product knowledge to answer questions and make order suggestions.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Guide customer questions about favorite flavors & toppings.
• Fill up Yogurt & Toppings bars
• Wipe down machines and counters & general cleaning
• Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed
• Fill Delivery Orders
• Running opening & closing procedures
