Assistant Manager/Manager (Sports)

Job Description

1. To oversee, support and develop NUS Sports Groups
2. To grow community sports
3. To promote sports excellence
4. To promote student wellness through sports participation

Duties & Responsibilities

1. Develop, manage, advise and provide administrative support for NUS Sports Groups.
2. Guide NUS Sports Groups in organising community sports activities.
3. Oversee sports excellence programmes.
4. Engage sports groups and general student community to participate in regular sports activities.
5. Oversee the guidelines for outdoor sports adventure – both locally and overseas.
6. Train NUS Sports Leaders in leadership skills

Qualifications

1. Degree holder in any field with at least 5 years of working experience in a relevant industry (student affairs / sports management / events management)
2. Excellent social skills
3. Strong interest in sports and adventure
4. Passion and aptitude for student development
5. Organised with strong administrative skills
