What you will be doing:
The Assistant Operations Project Manager will work with all team members across the Beauty & Wellness, Home & Outdoor BUs on supporting operations tasks. This position would also be the maintainer of all our financial tracking process related to tooling, equipment and product costs that are used in all budget reviews.
Maintain and work with appropriate parties on Capital Expenses (Tooling and equipment).
Work with suppliers to update and record quarterly all costed bill of material related to productions under North America.
Submit team PO requests as needed for NA vendors.
Work across PD teams in both BUs for all manufacturing PO's to be placed both to North America and APAC suppliers.
Work with team members on OBI/ Oracle Data Pulls on requested basis.
Monitor and record all first article inspections and ensure systems are updated to reflect accurate information.
Item set up requests as needed from team members in Oracle.
Skills needed to be successful in this role:
Product Lifecycle Management.
Interdepartmental Communication.
Proven record of project management.
Exposure to cross-functional schedule management.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
Strong Computer skills: MS Suite: Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Exposure to Project, Product Management and/or Supply Chain.
Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
Preferred Qualifications:
In California, Colorado, and New York City, the standard base pay range for this role is $47,836 - $93,101 annually. This base pay range is specific to California, Colorado, and New York City and may not be applicable to other locations. Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to location, experience, skill level, and performance. The range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees.
