The Knauss School of Business at the University of San Diego (USD) invites applications for a tenure track Assistant Professor in Organizational Behavior. The preferred candidate will have specific emphases in EITHER leadership and interpersonal/group dynamics OR in DEI in organizations. To begin in Fall of 2024. We will be interviewing candidates at the Academy of Management conference in Boston (August 4-8).

Job Requirements:The successful candidate will have a PhD (or ABD near completion) in Organizational Behavior and/or Leadership from an accredited program prior to the start of appointment and is expected to maintain a record of scholarly achievement in field-specific, peer-reviewed outlets as well as dedication to teaching excellence and service in a liberal arts environment.
Additionally, we are looking for:
$11,250 to $11,667/month, subject to rank and experience; Excellent Benefits

The salary range provided in this posting reflects what we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Actual compensation offered or earned is dependent on experience, education and other factors including departmental budget.
