Overview
A Spavia, Associate leader is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day functions of the spa You will provide ongoing support and training focusing on overall spa performance, cleanliness, sales, and upholding the Spavia standard. You must possess a high level of communication skills, a positive leadership style, and being the team “ cheerleader.”
Requirements:
REQUIRED CRITERIA TO MEET: MUST BE SALES ORIENTED- HIGHLY competitive with Sales and Meet and exceed personal sales goals, create and develop sales membership training, provides exceptional reviews for salon culture and the overall spas reputation throughout both team members and guests, confidently and correctly performing all associate leader duties
IN-SPA REQUIREMENTS: Full-time, ranging from 32 - 38 hours per week, required in spa. 20-25 at front desk hours. Schedules should be based on spa needs and necessary requirements. Availability is open and flexible to assist with nights, weekends and mandatory necessities to the salon; Available by phone during spa hours and calls back in timely manner
