Role Overview:
We're seeking a proactive, highly motivated Marketing Specialist to join our team! This role requires a self-starter who is a critical thinker, takes initiative, and delivers on-time results.

 Key Responsibilities:

• Manage & Execute Marketing Campaigns: Deliver on-time marketing tasks across various channels, ensuring all campaigns are well-executed and optimized.
• Email Marketing & Automation: Create, implement, and optimize email marketing campaigns, including drip sequences, promotional emails, and newsletters.
• Design & Creative Production: Design visually compelling assets (graphics, emails, social media posts).
• Content Development & Strategy: Assist in developing marketing content and strategies that align with business goals and engage the target audience.
• Campaign Performance & Analysis: Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics for all campaigns; make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
• Project Management & Task Prioritization: Efficiently manage multiple marketing projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
• Critical Thinking & Problem Solving: Be a solution-oriented team member who proactively identifies potential roadblocks and takes initiative to resolve them.
• Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with the marketing team and other stakeholders to align on goals, strategies, and deliverables.
