This is a hybrid role, based in our Stamford, CT office, 3 days in the office typically. (Monday, Wednesday with third day being flexible).

YOUR ROLE

• Supports in the management of the Dial Liquid Hand Soap portfolio.
• Works with Shopper Marketing/E-commerce on executing and monitoring support plans across all retailers from POS to digital.
• Actively participate in creative development (i.e., develop creative brief, provide creative feedback) of promotional campaigns such as displays and FSIs.
• Analyze business performance and help shape brand direction by anticipating competition and market trends and translating consumer attitudes into actions.
• Assists with the commercialization of line extensions working with cross-functional teams such as sales strategy, packaging, R&D and finance.
• Assists with preparation of customer visits, line reviews as well as any additional sell-in materials
• Supports in preparation of business reviews and other ad hoc top management presentations.
• Contribute to achievement of P&L, top-line, and bottom-line targets.

YOUR SKILLS

• Strong team orientation and interpersonal skills to work with people in diverse functional areas, excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Minimum 1 year experience
• CPG experience preferred
• Proficiency in syndicated data (i.e. Circana (IRI), Nielsen)
• Strong interpersonal Communication skills; strong analytical skills & financial orientation.
• Demonstrated leadership and organizational skills; especially the ability to lead cross functional teams to deliver project objectives.
• Prior experience with project management and leading agencies highly desirable
• Ability to balance multiple objectives and prioritize accordingly.

The salary for this role is $94,500.00 - $125,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
