Associate Brand Manager Intern
YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
As an Assistant Brand Manager intern, you will become an integral part of
the brand team. In your role, you will be tasked with a summer-long
business critical project. You may also have the opportunity to be exposed
and help with various day-to-day brand responsibilities including business
performance analytics, consumer promotions, advertising and other
interesting projects. However, the core of the internship is around the
summer-long project. During the summer, interns will have an opportunity
to talk and network with Bayer colleagues at all levels including the CMO
and the CCO so that they can get an understanding of what it is like to work for Bayer
and who the leaders running the business are.
The key task for the intern is to excel with the assigned project. Interns will
have to work with a cross-functional team for two main deliverables:
feedback from the team halfway through the program. Incorporating
the feedback will be key for the final deliverable.
proposal for the assignment. The intern will have to provide a clear
and detailed recommendation to the team based on all the work that
was done during the summer.
intern is responsible to lead and push the project forward leveraging
the cross functional team and the mid-summer presentation.
