Team profile
The DIF team across 11 offices worldwide consists of more than 200 professionals working in a variety of disciplines, mainly origination, asset management, finance / accounting and business development. DIF’s Amsterdam office has over 80 employees and is located in the WTC at Schiphol whereas the other offices are located across Europe (6), North and South America (3) and Australia (1). DIF offers the unique opportunity of international growth, being able to gain experience within their various offices throughout the globe. Furthermore, they have a clear growth path in the form of an Associate Track, in which you follow courses and training with the other peers from the various departments.
Job description
The funds managed by DIF are developed and raised by the in-house Investor Relations & Business Development (IR&BD) team of currently 12 FTE in Schiphol, New York and Toronto, with the support of the rest of the organization. In the light of the increasing assets under management, DIF wants to bring a new talent on board in the role of Associate. The Associate will be involved on a wide variety of topics and activities, with the primary target to further grow the scale and scope of DIF. The business development role covers responsibilities such as strategy and product development, fundraising, and leading co-investments (M&A style type of processes) together with DIF's investment team.
