Associate Client Consultant

The Associate Client Consultant will provide high-quality service, analysis, and recommendations to assigned C&B clients and prospects as it relates to the development, implementation, and ongoing improvement of their employee benefits plans.

Essential Functions:

1. Provide support to Client Consultants on issues ranging from plan interpretation, compliance with

regulation (e.g., HIPAA, COBRA), and other HR issues

2. Build trust-based relationships with clients, where C&B is seen as their primary advisor on benefits-related issues

3. Take accountability for retaining assigned clients and rounding out client accounts through the sale of additional products that the client needs

4. Discuss recommendations with the Sales Executive and agree on appropriate plans for prospects

5. Develop marketing strategies based on employee plan recommendations and work with marketing

team to implement those strategies

Insurance industry or benefit consulting firm experience is preferred but not required.
