We're looking for an Associate Client Success Manager to function as a key member of Kochava's Product Operations team. The mobile user tracking and attribution market is challenging, dynamic, fun, and provides almost unlimited opportunities for personal and professional growth. Responsible for developing customer relationships that promote retention, trust, loyalty, and reliance.

Work closely with customers to ensure they are successful through the usage of the company platform.

Provide technical support and direction to customers with the goal to keep customers satisfied and successful with the Kochava offering with varying degrees of technical aptitude.

Assist customers to plan and understand the best ways to utilize Kochava based on their unique business needs or business plans.

Communicate technical items to both technical and non-technical audiences alike, both orally and in writing. Technically troubleshoot and accurately escalate any customer facing issues while managing accurate and timely communication with the customer.

Within 30 days, you will be expected to learn and be familiar with the Kochava solution and our connection with mobile marketing success, positioning, competition, and product offering.

Within 60 days, begin to engage in all aspects of your portfolio of customers while continuing to increase your proficiency in the Kochava offering.

Within 90 days, be fully ramped and executing against your initial portfolio of customers in every possible way. Take ownership of the engagement, retention, and growth of your customers. Through all of this, it is expected that you will maintain and manage âcanned responsesâ for commonly asked questions and troubleshooting processes for customer related questions.
- BS or BA degree or equivalent experience

Experience in Account Management, Technical Support or Programming/Engineering (preferably in Software), utilizing Excel, SQL and/or related relational databases.

Familiarity with mobile technology, advertising and data management software.

Experience with data management systems, MS Office products, Mobile/Desktop ads.

Strong customer service skills, able to effectively communicate (written and verbal), and proactively manage customer expectations.

Kochava began in 2011 when a team of mobile and gaming professionals saw the need to better understand the feedback loop of user acquisition, engagement, and LTV for mobile applications. Through the process of creating apps for customers from a wide range of industries, we were repeatedly asked if we could shed some light on what media advertising efforts were converting and the effectiveness of their mobile ad spend by partner. Realizing a solution to these questions wasnât readily available, we started designing and building a mobile measurement platform that would become Kochava.
