Associate Commissions Analyst

Job Description

Summary:

This role is responsible for managing questions and issues submitted by technicians to the Corporate Commissions team.

This role is part time and has the flexibility to work around different hours, including any school schedule.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Email correspondence with sales representatives regarding tech/install commissions
  • Research commissions issues and exception requests submitted by technicians
  • Create commission adjustments and updates as needed per submission
  • Assist with auditing of commissions data prior to submission for payment
  • Assist with ad hoc projects related to tech/install commissions

Qualifications:

  • Experience communicating with customers or employees regarding sensitive data
  • Excellent writing skills and written customer service
  • Ability to follow processes consistently with high attention to detail
  • Ability to research complex issues and identify needed corrections
  • Intermediate Excel skills and familiarity with Outlook
  • A curiosity to understand how things work with a desire to improve processes

WORKING CONDITIONS:

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
