Minimum Requirements:
Associate Compensation Analyst: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources or related field or equivalent combination of education and work experience.� At least one year of Human Resources experience required.�
Compensation Analyst: Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Finance, Business, Human Resources or related field and 2 years of directly related experience. Additional experience may not be used on a one-to-one basic to offset the educational requirements.�
Position Description:
1 position available.� Position will be filled at the Associate Compensation Analyst or Compensation Analyst level based on Candidate Qualifications.

Associate Compensation Analyst-
Demonstrated analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze and disseminate information with attention to detail and accuracy.

Demonstrated spreadsheet skills, and familiarity with other statistical packages. Detail-oriented with strong problem solving and analytical skills.

Demonstrated written and verbal communications skills, able to present data and recommendations in an organized and logical manner to all levels of an organization.

Position Description
Position is located on the Belknap Campus with a hybrid/remote work arrangement.
Associate Compensation Analyst
Provide counsel to department managers and department contacts regarding compensation actions for employees. Interpret and communicate policies regarding compensation and position evaluation plans.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:-
Participate in salary surveys. Compile, analyze and evaluate survey data. Maintain compensation market data with updated survey sources. Conduct and participate in compensation surveys conducted by other universities.

Maintain job descriptions for HR records. Perform research as needed to support compensation projects.

Investigate and solve compensation related issues. Recommend corrective or alternative actions to resolve problems. Compile reports and assists in tracking and analyzing data integrity issues.

Review and provide recommendations for process improvements.

Partner with Employment on the review and recommendation of compensation that is internally equitable and externally competitive for new hires, internal promotions, transfers, etc.

Maintain general knowledge of all HR disciplines such as employee relations, recruitment, staff development, benefits, and employment law.

$72,826.00
Target Compensation Minimum:
$47,476.00
Compensation will be commensurate to candidate experience.
