WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
The Associate Consultant is to build their knowledge and begin to support customers in software implementation projects. Associate Consultants may participate in different phases of the project (conception, presentation workshops, interface mapping, data retrieval, and providing support for test and integration phases, pilot start and deployment of the solution). This involves working with a team, under the responsibility of a Consultant, Senior Consultant, an Implementation Lead or a Project Manager.
KEY ACTIVITIES

Get involved in different functional domains in supply chain management solution

Participates in all phases of a software implementation project

Assist in gathering business requirements and document business processes

Document functional designs

Support customers in various testing activities

Perform root cause analysis on functional issues

Support training workshop preparation and presentations

Perform tasks to ensure proper deployment of the solution, including parameterization, batch plan configuration, data validation support

Occasional development of SQL queries and packages for data retrieval and validation

Ability to understand and analyze programming codes

Grow functional and technical knowledge in the supply chain management solution, and further develop skill sets and experience, including developing knowledge of the solutions, processes and client needs
WHAT WILL YOU BRING?

Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in Industrial Engineering, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or Information System Management

1-2 years of related experience preferred

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Knowledge in SQL, Unix, and at least one programming languages (Java preferred)

MS Office proficient in PPT / Word / Excel
