The following challenges await you:

Planning, directing, and coordinating all accounting operational functions.
Managing the accumulation and consolidation of all financial data necessary for an accurate accounting of consolidated business results.
Providing management with information vital to the decision-making process.
Managing the budget process.
Assessing current accounting operations, offering recommendations for improvement, and implementing new processes/Drive cost efficiencies.
Evaluating accounting and internal control systems.
Developing and monitoring business performance metrics
Overseeing regulatory reporting, frequently including tax planning and compliance
Lead employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication
Evaluate performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics
Manage relationships with partners/vendors
Provide necessary data for internal and external auditors and ensure Heraeus Medical USA meets all compliance requirements.
Work with and provide data to support Shared Service Center activities for financial, tax and payroll reporting.

Your Profile:

Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting.
At least 5 years of experience in Finance or Accounting in a manufacturing, R&D or Sales environment.
The equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
Experience with budgeting, forecasting, analysis, R&D, capital investments, cost accounting, working capital, cash management and other related areas.
Experience creating and maintaining financial models.
Working knowledge of SAP (or equivalent ERP). Demonstrate a high level of integrity, professionalism, and leadership ability; exhibit a high level of motivation and initiative with the ability to meet deadlines.
Travel requirements up to 10% of time.
