Under general supervision, the Associate Coordinator, HR/P&O (People & Organization) Business Partner facilitates critical human resource processes for the Motion Picture Group (MPG) and provides assistance to P&O Business Partners. The Associate Coordinator performs a wide range of duties within a framework set by the HR department to include confidential data requests, reporting, and operational, administrative, and project support. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide project support to 5 P&O Business Partners (compensation, recruitment, learning and development)

Manage and process employee data changes, including promotions, supervisor changes, terminations, contract submissions, compensation requests, and opening job requisitions

Organize job descriptions for internal archives

Assist with the creation of spreadsheets in Excel, may include pivot tables and Vlookup for analysis

Provide support to the team, to develop Excel reports and communication materials for salary review

Manage and update reporting, including job requisition reports and finance updates by subdivision

Manage nomination/approval process for interns, trainees and all learning programs

Identify opportunities to improve and streamline HR administrative processes
-
Submitting portal requests- promotions and equity increases, log into matrix, organize information for comp and communicate to BP. Upload documents to shared drive

Manage, export and distribute reports generated from Workday.

Update org charts in Visio (Visio experience not required)

Schedule meetings for projects as needed

Request or submit documents to a personnel file

Ad hoc support to BPs

Auditing required increases, submitting increase requests and tracking upcoming increases.

Review and editing job descriptions

Auditing, data pulling, and data submission
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Relevant education or experience in Human Resources

Ability to analyze data and provide key takeaways to inform strategy

Intermediate (at a minimum) knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Demonstrated ability to prioritize and meet deadlines

Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously

Basic project management skills

The anticipated base salary for this position is $44,800.00 to 64,400.00. This role may also qualify for incentives and/or comprehensive benefits. The actual base salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, including without limitation, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and if applicable, the location of the position.
