Associate Master Data Management Developer


The Data & Analytics team has an exciting opportunity for new college graduate as an Associate Master Data Management Developer. In this role, you will contribute to building a highly scalable platform based on Reltio MDM and working closely with solution architect, developers, and data stewards.
This is a high energy role. The ideal candidate will demonstrate the following characteristics:

In this role, you will…
  • Participate in formal and in-formal trainings both in business and technology areas.
  • After your training period, this role will evolve to:
  • Design, implement and maintain customer master solution built on Reltio MDM software.
  • Serve as subject matter expert for data mapping, integrations, and technical solution.
  • Collaborate closely with the technical architect(s) to define systems landscape for customer master to connect data flows across all Align Data systems.
  • Develop conceptual, logical, and physical data models to support the customer master requirements.
  • Implement data migration strategies working closely with technical leaders across various systems.
  • Develop and execute data migration strategies, test plans.
In this role, you’ll need …

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in business administration, accounting, computer science or a related discipline is required.
  • At least 3 months of experience using Java or Python.
  • Experience with GCP stack
  • Understanding of global/regional data privacy and compliance regulations – GDPR, HIPAA, CCPA, PIPL
  • Knowledge of logical and physical data modeling and leverage these skills to ensure consistent and efficient application of technologies.
  • Ability to interface with, and gain the respect of, stakeholders at all levels and roles in the company.
  • Ability to understand the long-term ("big picture") and short-term perspectives of situations
  • Display intellectual curiosity and integrity
