What does the Associate Director Corporate FP & A do at Worldwide

A senior finance professional with significant experience of producing Board and Banking reports within a Private Equity environment. An absolute attention to detail with strong analytical skills to consolidate both internal and external data and create forward looking, value driven information. An ability to work flexible at key times of the reporting cycle to ensure planned and last-minute analysis are produced with equal levels of quality and insight.


What you will do


  • Working closely with the CFO, VP FP&A and the wider accounting team to produce high quality, Monthly Board reports including the development of reporting processes
  • Coordinating the production of Bank convenient reports including the proactive development of historic and forward-looking insights
  • Implement regular competitor analysis including the generation of insights to stimulate value creating actions across the leadership team and organization
  • Produce lead indicators at the corporate and departmental level
  • Integral part of the budget and forecasting processes, potentially providing leadership to either or both
  • Work seamlessly with accounting to improve efficiencies across finance
  • Business partner with allocated departmental leaders to financially support the exceeding of targets
  • Worldwide and specifically the department supported

What you will bring to the role


  • Ability to work effectively with internal and external Boards
  • Time flexible to work across time zones at key times in the reporting cycles
  • An absolute attention to detail
  • Highly capable team player

Your experience


  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent ideally with an accounting qualification
  • 10 years of Accounting experience including Board reporting or Group consolidation
  • Experience of producing reports for external fund providers including Covenant reporting
  • Experience of financial accounting and the use of accounting systems
  • Ideally, experience working within a leveraged, PE owned organization
  • Strong analytical, even data mining skills
