Associate Director/Director Business Development – U.S. (REMOTE)!

Brief Description (however, not limited to):

· Development of new relationships & businesses within bio-tech, pharma, med-tech and medical devices sectors

· Responsible for brand building, brand development and being the face of the organization to build excellent rapport & credibility with the clients.

· Acquiring new clients & potential business for Maxis in the arenas of functional Services (Staffing, Projects, Outsourcing, FSP etc.)

· Continually redefine appropriate and profitable market niches for business opportunities, based on evidence.

· Perform in-depth research & analysis to identify potential target markets in US/North American Market, in sync with Maxis Clinical Sciences line of business (Life Sciences & FSP focused)

· Engaging with clients, vendors and in-house consultants domestically as well as internationally, to support business development activities in those markets

· Evaluating quotations for the region and provide inputs & suggestions to ensure client and company requirements are met

· Commitment to company ethos, principles and mission based on open engagement, transparency, integrity, collaboration and dedication to excellence

Experience required:

· Minimum 10-12 years of Business Development experience offering services to Life Sciences/Research, Pharmaceutical, Biotech, Medical Devices clients

· Excellent communication skills with strong track record in client relationship management

· Experience in managing and growing client account base in the Life Sciences sector

· Evaluating quotations for the region and provide inputs & suggestions to ensure client and

· Proven track record of growing company’s client base and brand recognition

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

  • Commission pay

Experience:

  • Business development: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Sales: 1 year (Preferred)
