Position Title: Associate Fiber Engineer (T3)

Position Summary: The Fiber Engineering groups are regional or district-based teams. Projects requiring Fiber Designs include new customers' service orders and network enhancement or repairs. The Associate Fiber Engineer is an apprenticeship role that supports the fiber engineering department with creating GIS route maps, keeping accurate records, and troubleshooting network issues with fiber splicers according to Crown Castle standards. This position will be subject to on-call, shift duties, weekends, and holiday work rotations.

0-2 years of fiber engineering and/or construction management experience or equivalent or 0-2 years of field construction management experience with preference to both Outside Plant and Inside Plant fiber construction

Working Conditions: This role falls into our hybrid work model working in your assigned office approximately 60% of the time (3 days per week) and where you do your best work 40% (2 days per week). Position requires on-call rotation involvement. There is an expectation of collaboration with teammates and stakeholders for moments that matter that could require travel.
