As we are scaling we are looking for a Finops enthusiast who is ready to handle the responsibilities of our “Finance Operations” at InfraCloud. We are a remote-first organization.

About the Role:
In this role, you will be an Integral player within the Finance team. You will manage day-to-day accounts, coordinate with stakeholders, and support MIS preparation. The role will manage and increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the day-to-day Finance Operations.

What You Will Do

• Manage day-to-day accounting and close the books periodically. Maintain Bank reconciliation, Accounts Receivables and Accounts Payables
• Calculate financial ratios and perform budget analysis
• Prepare invoices for India as well as out of India-based clients. Calculate GST and TDS, as required.
• Answer clients' questions related to Invoices. Follow up with Clients on payments/discrepancies on payments/dues.
• Checking of Purchase orders/Proforma Invoices to process the Vendor payments
• Monthly audit scrutiny of books
• Drafting emails to vendors, clients, and consultants

What you will Need :

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
• Experience: 2-5 years capable of handling the accounts department independently
• Hands-on Microsoft excel and word knowledge
• Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
• Prior accounting experience in a software company would be an added advantage
