We're hiring a temporary Associate HR Specialist, to cover an upcoming leave of absence. This role will provide outstanding HR support to employees, first-line managers, and HR Business Partners. We are looking for someone who will be responsible for accurate and timely administrative for the HR team. This includes maintaining and updating all files and records pertaining to employees, staffing, salary administration, talent management, benefits, HRIS, headcount analysis, organization charts and budget analysis. Under minimal direction, you will implement multiple established administrative projects and assist in developing, assessing and improving department procedures and systems. This role can be hybrid, with three days working remote and two days in our HQ in Pawtucket, RI.
