The Role:

DailyPay is looking for a HRIS/Payroll Specialist to join our People Operations team as a key member in building internal processes. This role reports to our Senior People Operations Manager and will be essential to driving the company's growth and success. As the HRIS/Payroll Specialist, you will play an integral part in shaping the processes in HRIS, Payroll, andother areas of the organization. The ideal candidate is a team player who is eager to learn and work through complex solutions. This position will also have the opportunity to influence future DailyPay products.

How You Will Make an Impact:

  • Process full cycle multi-state weekly and bi-weekly (US) and monthly (UK) payroll
  • Maintain employee records and the HRIS system and perform periodic data reconciliations to ensure accuracy
  • Document and maintain standard operating procedures
  • Process wage garnishments, void and manual checks
  • Assist in the development of standard and custom reports, real-time dashboards or analytics for data driven decisions
  • Analyze HR processes and make recommendations for improvements
  • Support upgrades, enhancements, and testing
  • Prepare training materials, guides, and documentation and provide training to users as needed
  • Serve as a critical day-to-day contact
  • Assist with special projects as needed

What You Bring to The Team:

  • 3+ years of HRIS/Payroll experience
  • Experience with HRIS implementations and conversions
  • Experience with major Payroll systems
  • Knowledge of common fiscal procedures, tax laws, wage laws, accounting, and payroll best practices
  • Ability to work independently as well as work collaboratively
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite Products
  • Understand APIs and data integrations
  • Knowledge of UK payroll is preferred
  • Experience with the Paylocity platform is preferred

Pay Transparency

Final offer amounts are determined by a variety of factors including candidate experience, qualifications, skills, competencies, market location, and internal compensation equity.

Compensation Range

$69,200—$89,600 USD
