Summary:
At Analysis Group (AG), the Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) team provides counsel, guidance and support to AG’s leaders and employees to ensure a positive and integrated experience. In addition, the HRBP team partners with the broader HR team to provide advice on, support and implement DEI plans and programming, recruiting and onboarding, and immigration.
Reporting to a seasoned HR Business Partner, the Associate HR Business Partner (HRBP) In addition, the Associate HRBP will actively participate in or manage projects and processes that enhance or support the employee experience at a firm, cohort, or office level.
Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities:

Provide guidance to business leaders on a variety of people-related topics such as policy interpretation, performance management, compensation, professional development, career planning, conflict resolution, and employee engagement.
- Leverage data and to inform recommendations on a variety of people related topics.
- Partner with managers to devise plans to develop and motivate individuals and teams.

Manage and resolve employee relations issues with guidance and coaching. Assist with and conduct effective, thorough, and objective investigations.
- Participate in all aspects of the firm’s performance review and compensation planning processes, and actively participate in or lead project workstreams to enhance and manage these processes.

Participate in and facilitate components of high quality performance and compensation discussions, guide compensation data analysis, review performance assessments, and provide guidance around promotions, development, and performance.

Assist with case staffing assignments for consultants, including analyzing data to understand individual workload and capacity.

Coordinate with colleagues across AG to support internal employee workshops, including developing content, scheduling meetings, assisting with event planning, and coordinating with presenters.

Assist with firm-wide strategic HR projects.

Help to mentor and train junior staff.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree required.
-
Minimum of 4 years of substantive relevant experience required.

An ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of experience in human resources.
- Demonstrated experience engaging with employees and business leaders on topics such as performance, compensation, and talent development required.

Strong operational mindset, including experience managing projects of moderate complexity, assimilating and organizing information and data, and developing or managing HR processes.

Proven ability to build trusted relationships and influence stakeholders.

Knowledge of and experience interpreting U.S. employment laws.

Team player, flexibility to contribute wherever needed.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
