Role
We’re looking for an Associate Implementation Consultant who will be a key contributor to the Red Marker Implementations team. Red Marker Platform is a software as a service (SaaS) solution that automates the review of marketing collateral against regulatory and business rules. The Implementation Consultant will engage with major enterprise customers to help them articulate their rules and then implement custom risk detection to automate them within the platform.
As a member of the team, you will be comfortable in an "all hands-on deck" environment, able to operate and coordinate across workstreams, and can thrive in a fast-moving culture. This role is for a critical thinker who is focused on consulting and delivery and takes initiative to find the most optimal solution. A keen sense of ownership, speedy execution, and hustle is a must.
Your Day to Day
  • Running workshops, managing technical inputs and forming strong relationships with stakeholders from enterprise customers.
  • Converting requirements from customers into finalised rule designs.
  • Implementing, testing and optimising rules in the Red Marker Platform.
  • Consulting on potential platform channels and use cases including workflow system integrations.
  • Supporting the Sales team with presales efforts including implementing custom demos and advising on platform capabilities.
  • Working closely with the Client Success team to support project deliverables and reporting requirements.
