Business Overview:
The objective of the Emerging Markets Strategy team is to provide analysis and insight into the opportunities and dislocations in EM rates and FX markets. The team interacts with traders, sales people, and clients through publications, client visits, virtual meetings, conferences, and the media.

Responsibilities:
Fixed income and FX Junior strategist for Latin America with strong quantitative background. The strategist's main function will be to serve global institutional clients with interest in the Latam region. She or he will develop a quant framework for FX and rates in Latin America. Such framework will include fair value models, risk premium models, systematic trading models (including back-testing). The junior strategist will also provide support to the head of the team in tasks related to trade idea production, thematic research publication and support to internal and external clients.
Minimum Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in quantitative modeling.

The expected starting salary range for this position in New York (or if the location is in New Jersey we’ll indicate New Jersey) is between $150,000 to $200,000 annually. The actual salary may vary based upon several factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business line, and geographic/office location.
