Overview of the Role

As our ground Launch Manager you will own successful launch of new Markets, and our product categories (e.g. concrete driveways, fences) within those markets. Throughout the launch cycle, you will engage with customers, contractors, and vendors to ensure a smooth start to our operations in that market. You will work seamlessly across multiple Ergeon teams, including Growth, Sales, Construction, Category, Delivery, and Field Operations to ensure successful execution of the rollout. You are running a start-up within a new fast growing Silicon Valley based technology start-up, and have the opportunity to report directly to the Chief Product Officer. Responsibilities

• Conduct local market research on products, prices and costs through first-hand customer, competitor, and vendor research
• Understand product specification options and make recommendations on what Ergeon should offer
• Pilot initial sales within the market to confirm our product specs & pricing is up to the mark
• Onboard our first 3-5 installation partners and ensure the partnership is smooth & successful
• Train ground resources such as Sales "Photographers", Project Managers, and Regional Managers to ensure a smooth handoff before heading to launch a new market
• Monitor metrics to ensure the new market reaches healthy performance

Desired Skills and Experience

Must have

• Business starter/owner mindset that will get things done quickly and creatively
• Some experience in Sales and/or Business Operations
• Ability to interface with office & field staff
  
• Located in the United States (preferred) or Mexico (possible in certain situations)
• Willingness to travel & relocate across the United States continually
• Associate or Bachelors Degree in Business or related field
• Terrific communication & relationship building skills
• Conversational fluency in English (required) and Spanish (preferred)

Nice to have

• Prior experience in small business or start-up environments
• Construction or home services experience
