The Associate Manager’s primary role is to work on all educational tools in support of curriculum teams. The secondary role for this position is to support the making of and delivery of all educational tools for field teams. The Associate Manager will ensure budget is within line, tools are developed and delivered to field teams to meet required deadlines. The Associate Manager will audit and facilitate the collection of updates to Benebabeuniversity & all educational tools in a timely manner.

What You’ll Do:

• Support the programming to be leveraged across the globe and working collaboratively with the education team to ensure all tools and programs are delivered within budget, on time and sent to field in time for educating teams.
• Continual audit of Benebabeuniversity to ensure assets are updated timely.
• Facilitate the collection of the assets from education teams.
• Ensure all tools and programs are delivered within budget.
• Forecast and deliver all product comps to global educators.
• Oversee all educational event planning and execution with global education meetings.
• Organize monthly calls with Heads of Education in each market, supporting in setting up of the agenda, taking notes and follow up on actions for each participants

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of related experience
• Knowledge of customer service
• Experience in Corporate or retail Education environment a plus
• Experience with Microsoft Office skills, including PowerPoint, Word, Excel & Outlook

Schedule:

• Hybrid - requires onsite presence weekly

The target salary range for this position is $62,000 - $83,000 annually. The actual salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, years of relevant experience; certifications or other professional licenses held; other legitimate, non-discriminatory business factors specific to the position; and the geographic location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will perform the job. This position is eligible to earn an annual bonus.
