• Identifies and leads implementation of processes and procedures to enhance the quality of Otter products within Otter distribution centers (DC)
• Work collaboratively with DC department leaders and cross functional groups to identify and implement various quality strategies and/or solutions that effectively influence quality for Inbound, Configure to Order and Outbound activities and products.
• Establishes and monitors KPI’s that measure performance and drives improvements
• Provides input to PQE Managers that improve qualification requirements for new products at Otter’s Suppliers or DC’s. Ranging from Product and Packaging Qualifications to Configure-To-Order Process Validation.
• Assigns and monitors tasks to team members that drive improvement or influence quality, process efficiency and/or output
• Manage headcount workload per demands and needs within the DC's
• Develop and maintain a continuous improvement environment/culture within the respective team enabling scalable solutions and cost optimization

• Support and maintain a positive safety culture by being an active leader in all safety program initiatives
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management / Engineering / Supply Chain required. Experience in lieu of degree may be considered
• 1 to 2 years’ experience in Manufacturing and/or Supplier Management
• Minimum of one year of previous mentoring, leading, supervising, or managing required
