Associate Producer

Overview:

Location: Denver, CO; Hybrid Model- onsite/work-from-home combo

Integer is seeking an Associate Producer to join our agency!

What You'll Do in This Role:

STRATEGY + RESOURCING DAY

Collaborates with internal teams and Content Creator counterpart to direct the production process from start to finish
Uses problem solving skills, resourcefulness, and attention to detail to plan and execute each shoot
Plays a dual role of agency and line producer from the development of a concept and/or storyboards, planning and running all aspects of shoot, through delivery and actualization of finished work

DAY TO DAY

Shoot coordination – Collaborates with agency teams throughout the project lifecycle to consult with creative and social counterparts in conceptual phases
Own timeline and budgets, plan + organize shoots, contract all outside partners (casting, locations, vo, music, etc.)
Responsible for on-set producing + post for internal shoots for digital asset production of video and still content – manage and run all aspects of shoot
In charge of completing daily timesheet, corporate credit card expenses, and expense report approvals
Ownership of organization and tidiness of prop room and all prop storage
Weekly check-ins with the Internal Senior Producer and leadership
Willingness to complete other production and office duties as needed

FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT

Manage and track all financials on individual projects, including but not limited to ICP estimates, contracts, bids, external vendors and all reconciliation
Follow proper financial and reconciling procedures to actualize jobs and deliver on budget
Track and manage corporate credit card expenses including documenting each transaction and saving receipts to the server
Work with Production Business Manager (PBM) daily to ensure the necessary tracking and documentation is being processed for projects & put on server

The Experience You'll Bring:

Minimum of two years related experience and/or training, agency experience not mandatory but highly favorable
Demonstrate a clear understanding of the production process and the agency producer’s role and responsibilities throughout
Interest in advertising video, photography, and illustration industry, with a high level of reading comprehension skills
Good written and verbal communication skills
Superior attention to detail and strong visual memory
Strong interpersonal skills, ability to offer suggestions and accept feedback, maintaining a positive attitude and professional manner in all situations
An exceptional tolerance for pressure and consults with needed resources before making decisions
Self-motivated, proactive, organized, and energized by being in charge
Ability to prioritize, manage and efficiently complete multiple projects to meet shifting needs and deadlines, assembling needed resources
Computer proficiency including use of Microsoft Office
Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite a plus, but not required.

The following range represents the low and high of the base salary someone in this role may earn as an employee of The Integer Group in the United States. Salaries will vary based on various factors including but not limited to professional and academic experience, associated responsibilities, and other organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of our total compensation package for employees. Salary decisions are dependent on the circumstances of each hire: $50K-$55K.
