This Associate Content Creator position works with the Digital Adoption team within the Employee Enablement Solutions (EES) organization in Visa’s Corporate IT function.

Essential Functions:
The Content Creator is a steward of technology-related intranet that caters to empowering employees with the information they need to stay productive. This individual will help maintain the quality, accuracy and consistency of the site’s content, navigation and visual design. They are also responsible for supporting key projects, translating complex concepts into simple and compelling design work, requiring a combination of communications and writing skills and moderate technical abilities and understanding.

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
