About our Team
The Program and Project Management team manages the operational development and maintenance of various content within Clinical Solutions. We collaborate with Clinical Editors, content editors, subject matter experts, and other stakeholders to provide evidence-based content to healthcare professionals.
About the Role
As an Associate Project Manager, you will be ensuring projects are completed on schedule, on budget, and according to corporate quality standards. Facilitates communication across project team on topics including project status.
Responsibilities
  • Ensuring communication of, and adherence to, instructions and deadlines and on-time delivery of content.
  • Assisting with acquiring subject matter experts and peer reviewers recommended by clinical team members. Ensuring that deliverables are submitted on time.
  • Demonstrating collaboration and commitment to build an inclusive working environment.
  • Attending regular meetings with key internal stakeholders to ensure timely progress and to proactively address challenges and issues.
  • Working collaboratively with other project and program managers and internal stakeholders and assisting with Project Schedules.
  • Communicating proactively on changes or movement in scope, identifies risks, and devises contingency plans.
Requirements
  • Demonstrate experience in Project Management.
  • Experience with working across teams in a matrix organization.
  • Have knowledge of the editorial process and revision cycles.
  • Experience in using agile project management as it relates to developing content.
  • Have experience in working with Microsoft Office, spreadsheets, and databases; experience with QuickBase.
