- This position is based in our Greenwood Village, CO office but eligible for a hybrid remote schedule.
- Salary range $45,000-$55,000 depending on expereince.
JOB OVERVIEW
The Associate Relationship Manager (ARM) provides customer service on inbound phone calls and supports Relationship Managers with various tasks and duties. Serves as Tier 1 support on EAS’s phone queue and provides exceptional customer service.
RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES
- Reviews, follows up, and takes appropriate action to close call back activity
- Establishes mutual fund shell accounts and updates mutual fund dividend options
- Reviews and responds to EAS voice mailbox and Advisor Relations email box daily
- Stays current on reviewing and responding to incoming emails
- Communicates and resolves issues with internal departments and vendors
- Follows up with advisor on outstanding issues
- Answers questions and provides accurate information to advisors and clients
- Researches problems and questions as required
- Routes advisor and client requests to Operations team, other departments or vendors in a timely manner
- Prepares and sends written or email correspondence as required
- Provides coverage for RMs, SRMs, and team members as requested
- Maintains and organizes internal records systems
- Collects custodial fees
- Assists with advisor billing
- Performs other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred
- Minimum of one (1) year of customer service experience, preferably in the retirement or financial services industry
- Investment advisory knowledge and/or experience desired but not required
PROFESSIONAL CERTIFICATIONS
TECHNICAL SKILLS
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, with a focus on Microsoft Excel

This job operates in a professional office environment and routinely uses standard office equipment. While performing the duties of this job, the associate is regularly required to speak and hear. The associate is frequently required to sit for extended periods of time, as well as stand, walk, use hands and fingers, and reach with hands and arms. This job requires the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets, and bend or stand on a stool as necessary.
