Associate/Senior Associate, Inside Sales- India

Overview:

We are looking for a high-performing business development Associate/Senior Associate/Consultant meeting customer acquisitions and revenue growth target by keeping our organization competitive and innovative. Maximizing sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those sales plans to management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • 3-7 years of experience in an Inside Sales individual contributor role, preferably in the US/UK/EU markets. Experience in analytics/IT services/related consulting services & solutions industries is preferred, with additional experience in the US/EU pharmaceutical industry being highly desirable.
  • Proficient in managing leads and customer data on CRM platforms for sales and activity tracking purposes.
  • Strong background in cold/warm calling, with a focus on engaging leaders at the level of Director and above.
  • Demonstrated experience in crafting high-quality, personalized, and content-focused emails.
  • Ability to establish connections with US/EU pharma companies.
  • Extensive experience working with the US, UK, and European markets.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, along with a persistent attitude to succeed.
  • Exceptional commitment, flexibility, and motivation to stay focused and generate high-quality leads.

Qualifications:

Education/Experience

  • Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Sales / Business Management / Pharmacy / Marketing would be ideal
  • Strong work experience in US Industry in tele sales & business development role
  • Experience selling B2B health care, Pharma or Life Sciences based solutions in US regions

Skills

  • Thorough knowledge and experience of having worked on Pharmaceutic commercial operations would be added advantage
  • Excellent Communication, Negotiation & Interpersonal skills.
  • Willing to work in 2nd shift.
  • Quick learner and adaptive to challenging situations.
