Profile: The successful candidate will be able to accept ownership for effectively fielding questions, solving customer issues, complaints, and inquiries; keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior.

Responsibilities
- Manage inbound calls in a timely manner while attempting to assist with a resolution of the caller’s tax issue
- Leverage communication with customers regarding different tax related matters, while utilizing established business rules
- Identify customers’ needs, educate customer, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives
- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by going the extra mile
- Actively documenting discussions of call and leverage internal tools for next level resolution needs
- Ability to work in a structured, fast paced environment
- Meet personal/team production metrics and quality targets

Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, high school diploma or equivalent is acceptable
- 2+ Years previous experience in a customer support role preferred but not required
- Track record of over-achieving quotas while completing tasks within guidelines
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
- Strong MS Office skill/computer literacy and typing ability of 35wpm
- Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
- Advances problem-solving skills while remaining flexible when adapting to change
- Ability to be comfortable sitting for long periods of time while wearing a headset most of a work shift
