Location: Hybrid position based in Alexandria, VA with some in-office requirements.
Compensation: Not provided by employer. Typical compensation ranges for this position are between $80,000 - $120,000.

As the Manager, Website Experience & SEO you will play a pivotal role in shaping and optimizing ATD's digital presence. This position is responsible for developing and executing the overall website strategy, ensuring an exceptional user experience across all ATD websites and digital platforms. The role will drive initiatives to enhance website functionality, align content management systems (CMS) with business goals, and ensure seamless integration with broader digital ecosystems.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in website strategy, development, SEO, and project management, along with the ability to collaborate effectively with IT and other cross-functional teams to deliver impactful digital experiences.
