IT Helpdesk Intern - Summer 2025

Assured Guaranty is seeking to hire an IT Helpdesk Summer Intern to assist in day-to-day operations related to IT support. This internship aims to provide valuable experience in IT operations.

Skills

PC Hardware proficiency (Desktop and Laptops)
Windows 10 Operating System
Microsoft Office (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Organizational and time management skills

Responsibilities

Diagnose and troubleshoot common hardware and software issues
Document all incidents into ServiceNow (Ticketing System)
Configure and deploy Windows desktops, including assembly and disassembly
Plan, organize, and reconcile IT hardware assets in ServiceNow asset database
Manage, troubleshoot, and deploy mobile devices
Provide QA testing on major IT projects
Microsoft Teams Deployment
Desktop PC and VDI performance monitoring
Helpdesk User Experience Enhancements

Education

Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree
Minimum 3.0 GPA
