Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist (1 year contract)

We are looking for an individual to join us as a Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist (1 year contract).

A brief summary of your job responsibility:

• Assist in managing communications with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Posting of job descriptions on various platforms, ensuring alignment with the company’s branding and recruitment strategy.
• Provide support in maintaining recruitment records and databases, ensuring data integrity and compliance with HR policies.
• Work collaboratively with HR to ensure the recruitment process meets the needs of the business.
• Involve in the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing offer letters and orientation coordination, ensure a smooth onboarding process.
• Monitor and report on recruitment metrics, providing insights for process improvement.

To succeed in this role, you will ideally have:

• Minimum a year of experience in recruitment coordination or human resources support.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

• Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with candidates and internal stakeholders.

• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS, with experience in Workday, Workable or similar tools being an advantage.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
• Familiarity with online job boards.
• Problem-solving mindset and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
