Responsibilities

• Compile research project to improve knowledge of customer opportunities
• Meet with product line managers to understand products and customer applications
• Shadow Sales and FAE team to learn their roles and responsibilities
• Create pitch for potential customers based on gained knowledge
• Contact new accounts and provide technical touch points to assigned customers
• Initiate and track customer support inquiries
• Support Sales Operations for CRM data integrity
• Collaborate with Product Marketing for customer outreach
• Organize training sessions for field team
• Prepare executive management review presentation

Education

• University student (Junior or Senior year)
• Electrical Engineering or Business major preferred
