Job DescriptionCapture job financial data from the field for reconciliations. Create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical. Scan documents for the digital filing system. Shred confidential information. Assist with DOT compliance. Support accounting projects. Schedule and coordinate meetings. Prepare communications such as memos, emails, invoices, reports, and other correspondence.
