Now Hiring!Accounts Receivable AssociateJob DescriptionWe are looking for an Accounts Receivable Research Analyst who can analyze data, conduct mini audits, and research to come up with effective solutions. The ideal candidate will be able to trace issues back to their source and identify root causes, ensuring that customer invoices are accurate.Responsibilities• Understand the root cause of open receivables and propose steps for resolution by analyzing sales reports, comparing invoiced prices to contracted prices, and ensuring proper POs with sufficient funds.• Work with accounts receivables, contracts and pricing, and sales representatives for collection resolution.• Review open duplicated inquiries for credit memos and help accelerate the processing of valid inquiries.• Analyze financial data and project financial conditions based on past performance and present earnings.• Review proposals and prepare an analysis of feasibility and profitability.Essential Skills• Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables.• Strong research and analytical skills.• Ability to analyze data and conduct mini audits.• Experience in reviewing customer invoices and ensuring pricing accuracy.• 4-6 years of relevant experience.Additional Skills & Qualifications• Experience with SAP is preferred, but not required.Work EnvironmentThis position is onsite in Lake BluffAbout Aston Carter:Aston Carter provides world-class corporate talent solutions to thousands of clients across the globe.
