Job Title: Accounts Receivable SpecialistJob DescriptionWe are seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist at our headquarters. You will reconcile and process all paper, electronic, and credit card receipts not auto-posted through PeopleSoft and handle payments (checks) not posted through the A/R system. Your responsibilities will include researching unidentified Accounts Receivable checks, verifying all payment information is accurate and applied to proper customer accounts, and using web-based image applications. You will also process and reconcile daily bank deposits (both non-A/R and A/R), retrieve, compile, and process all Electronic Fund Transfers (EFTs), and research and retrieve imaged check requests. Other Accounts Receivable duties will be assigned as needed.
