Billing Specialist | 9 Month Contract | $20-25/hrResponsibilities:· Invoice Generation: Create and issue invoices to customers or patients.· Payment Processing: Handle incoming payments and ensure they are recorded accurately.· Account Management: Maintain and update customer or patient accounts with payment history and outstanding balances.· Error Resolution: Identify and resolve any billing discrepancies or errors.· Customer Communication: Inform customers or patients about their billing status and upcoming payment deadlines.· Financial Reporting: Prepare reports on billing activities and financial status.· Compliance: Ensure all billing activities comply with relevant laws and regulationsQualifications:· Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is preferred.· 1- 3 years previous experience in billing/collections or a similar role.· Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and proficiency in accounting software.· Good communication skills for interacting with vendors and internal departmentsAbout Aston Carter:Aston Carter provides world-class corporate talent solutions to thousands of clients across the globe.
