Job Title: Business AnalystJob DescriptionProvides development support in operations covering complex EDI map development, development of SI business processes, and review of all inbound and outbound activities. Responsible for daily technical monitoring and troubleshooting of inbound and outbound transactions in SI. Assists in the resolution of issues with customers in a timely manner. Responsible for working with new customers or vendors throughout all phases of set-up. Assists the Manager in identifying software issues affecting operations and associated improvements released for these issues. Helps in identifying system needs, improvements, and methodologies for implementation. Assists in all systems backup and potential recovery situations. Performs all other work duties as assigned or required. Handles Trading Partner setup tasks including envelope creation, code lists, and AS2. Leads custom Oracle ERP enhancement related to EDI.
