Job Title: Consumer Services SpecialistJob DescriptionWe are hiring a Consumer Services Specialist who will work directly with pet owners to engage them with our brand and provide education and advice about products. This position requires someone on the front lines to ensure that our brand maintains a strong reputation and provides the best experience possible. This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to excel in problem-solving.Hard Skills• Maintain broad knowledge of all company products, services, and promotions• Deliver prompt and professional answers and solutions for consumer inquiries• Research, prioritize, and resolve pet owner’s issues with a timely and accurate response• Manage & track quarterly state tonnage reporting, product registration, and licensing• Manage finished product testing schedule to validate co-manufacturers' product and process controls• Maintain written records/logs and manage supplier communication for non-conforming productsSoft Skills• Strong communication skills• Problem-solving abilities• Handle dissatisfied pet owners in a polite and professional manner• Engage pet owners online via product reviews to build brand awareness and engagement• Identify new and creative ways to engage consumersJob TypeThis is a permanent position.Work SiteThis is a hybrid position requiring some days on-site in Creve Coeur, Missouri and some days remote.Work EnvironmentLocal Candidates: Hybrid - M-TH in office, F WFH.
