One of the largest eCommerce/tech based companies headquartered in Seattle, WA is hiring a Corporate Receptionist to support the San Francisco, CA office.Job DescriptionWe are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Admin Support II/Receptionist to join our team onsite five days a week. This role involves working from 9 AM to 5 PM, greeting guests, handling lunch orders, managing mail and packages, and being the friendly face of the company for both internal and external employees. The ideal candidate will be resourceful, helpful, and able to take on tasks without reminders. Occasionally, you may need to arrive earlier, around 8:30 AM, depending on business needs.Responsibilities• Greet guests and provide a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere.• Handle lunch orders and manage incoming/outgoing mail and packages.• Organize and ship mail and packages via UPS, DHL, FedEx, etc.• Act as the face of the company for internal and external employees.• Manage front desk phone for intercom and access control purposes.• Assist with office management tasks such as restocking supplies and organizing mail/copy rooms.• Communicate with building management for basic scheduling and coordination.• Fulfill requests quickly and efficiently, and support engineers, CEOs, and other staff.• Maintain a friendly and cheerful demeanor, especially when interacting with the CEO and other executives.Essential Skills• Time management skills to meet deadlines efficiently.• Strong communication skills for email correspondence and coordination.• Experience in office management or assistance, including restocking and organizing supplies.• Experience with shipping and receiving mail/packages.Additional Skills & Qualifications• Proficiency in Slack, Outlook, or G-Suite.• At least 1 year of experience in basic office management or customer service roles.• Flexible degree requirements, but relevant experience is preferred.Work EnvironmentThe role is fully onsite, working from 9 AM to 5 PM, five days a week, totaling 40 hours per week. The office is located in a city with limited parking available onsite, typically reserved for executives. Candidates should ideally reside in the city with a reasonable commute and should be prepared to cover transportation costs themselves.
