Aston Carter provides program participants ample growth opportunities, complemented by a team that will help you learn new skills for promotion and development along your career path.Primary ResponsibilitiesAs a recruiter, you'll impact both job seekers and clients by finding the right people for the right jobs. As you continue to grow in the role, you'll also have opportunities for advancement into senior recruiter roles or a sales career path.• Identifying qualified candidates through various recruiting and sourcing tools• Screening and interviewing candidates• Partnering with your account manager to identify top accounts, target skill sets and key market segments• Building and maintaining relationships with industry contacts to gain knowledge, and generate referrals and sales leads• Performing various customer service-related activities• Giving back to your community by volunteering and partnering with various philanthropic organizationsJob Requirements• Associates Degree or higher (preferred)• Customer- or sales- focused experience• Experience collaborating in a team environmentFinalizing Your Application• Interested service members can receive support applying to a SkillBridge program by contacting your local transition office, education office or installation SkillBridge point of contact.
