Job Title: Executive Assistant

As an Executive Assistant, you will manage the President's calendar, prioritize inquiries and requests, and ensure smooth daily operations. Your role includes performing a wide range of administrative duties such as assisting with special projects, creating complex documents, reports, and presentations, preparing information for meetings, composing correspondence, managing contact lists, and arranging travel. You will serve as the main point of contact for internal and external parties on matters related to the President, including confidential or critical issues. Additionally, you will support the Board of Directors, manage coordination for Board meetings and events, and collaborate closely with the President to keep them informed of upcoming commitments. Your responsibilities also extend to coordinating all Board meetings, Quarterly Business Reviews, retreats, and other meetings as required. You will function as a 'gatekeeper' and 'gateway,' facilitating communication between the President and the team, and maintain discretion and confidentiality in interactions. Furthermore, you will book travel arrangements and accommodations for all employees and collaborate on developing organizational engagement plans focusing on employee recognition, DEI, and fostering workplace belonging.
