Description• The position will require the candidate to work closely with all teams within the Group, covering and learning a wide range of Financial and Technological skills/tasks. A large focus of this role is learning, understanding, and improving the current ERP system, Microsoft Dynamics Business Central 365.Duties May Include But Not Limited To• Evaluate Business Central’s capabilities and review ways to automate and/or structure new process.• Review current processes for data entry and process flows within Business Central and work out improvements for accuracy and speed.• Set up intercompany transactions and consolidations within Business Central.• Create management/business analytics dashboard and custom reports for each department highlighting main KPIs that are being monitored.• Using Power BI and Microsoft Report Builder.• Work closely with all departments within the organization (sales, purchasing, engineering, finance) to update all Master Data in Business Central.• Update Financial Handbook to ensure new processes/procedures are documented and presented as part of the final project.Additional Skills & Qualifications• Ideally pursuing Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance• Knowledge of Power BI• Microsoft excel• Previous working or internship experience preferredExperience Level• Entry LevelWork Environment• Will sit fully remote.• Hours are flexible.• Opportunity to collaborate with an international team, and directly work with the CEO.About Aston CarterAston Carter provides world-class corporate talent solutions to thousands of clients across the globe.
